Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire Field Operations team and establish their Key Performance Index (KPIs)
  • Coach, guide and assist Field Representatives in achieving their goals
Requirements
  • Degree in any relates field with minimum 1 year experience in automotive or retail industry.
  • Good analysis, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and crisis management skills and computer literate
