Contest & Eligibility

WITH DREAMS Magazine's "My Dreams, My Adventure" is open to all owners of a Honda vehicle registered under Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. only. Employees of Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Only verified e-mail addresses are eligible for entry.
Entrants must be residing in Malaysia at time of claiming of Adventure Reward.
Incorrectly and partially completed entries will be disqualified.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
Selected Entrants will be notified by post, e-mail or phone. Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained. Entrants are selected randomly and subject to availability to claim the Adventure Reward.
Upon confirmation of selection, the Adventure Reward will not be transferable to another person.

Adventure Reward

Transportation and accommodation will be borne by Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to accommodate up to 2 pax. Any additional cost incurred for extra persons attending will be borne by the Entrant.
The Adventure Reward day will be scheduled upon confirmation of selection between the Entrant and Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
No part of the Adventure Reward is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
The Adventure Reward will be organized by Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (and/or appointed Third Party).
If the Adventure Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the Adventure Reward for any other.
The selected Entrant must be in agreement with Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (and/or appointed Third Party) on the date for the Adventure Reward to take place. Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to rejudge/reselect in the event of an Entrant, being unable to be in agreement with Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (and/or appointed Third Party) on the date to claim the Adventure Reward.

General Terms and Conditions

Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to appoint a Third Party to conduct the verification of selected Entrants and to fulfill the delivery of the Adventure Reward and Entrants agree that Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may provide all necessary information of selected Entrants to such third party to facilitate such service.
Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate, modify, suspend or delay the Campaign at any time at its absolute discretion in which case, Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. may elect not to award any rewards. Such termination or suspension will not give rise to any claim by the Entrant.
Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the selected Entrant and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the selected Entrant and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to change, amend, delete and/or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All entries become property of Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
In participating in the Adventure Reward, the selected Entrant agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The selected Entrant and their accompanying companion(s) agree to granting Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media and the Entrant (and their companions) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

Liability

All taxes, insurance, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the selected Entrant and their accompanying companion(s).
All Adventure Rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the selected Entrant.
Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible or liable for any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Entrant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Campaign.
